Short answer
How is shed removal different from general junk pickup?
General pickup loads items that are already loose. Shed and playset removal adds disassembly, which takes tools and time, so it is quoted separately. Concrete footers, slabs and buried stumps are excluded unless quoted, and any utilities must be disconnected first.
Footers and slabs
Posts set in concrete may be cut at the base unless full footer removal is quoted. Slabs need a separate evaluation.
Access on larger lots
On west Flower Mound properties, the distance from backyard to truck can double carry time. Show the route in your photos.
Pools
Above-ground pools must be drained first. In-ground pool demolition is not offered.
