Pricing

Published prices are starting prices. Your final price is based on volume, weight, material, labor and access and is confirmed with you before loading.

Excluded materials

• Hazardous waste, chemicals and unknown liquids
• Medical waste, sharps, pharmaceuticals and biohazards
• Asbestos or suspected asbestos material
• Wet paint, solvents and fuel
• Utility, electrical, gas or plumbing disconnection
• Structural demolition beyond separately quoted light removal

Liquid paint, stains and solvents are not part of standard pickup. Fully dried-out latex containers may be accepted when confirmed in advance — ask before your appointment.

Light removal

Light removal — freestanding sheds, playsets, trampolines, above-ground pools and small non-structural outdoor items — is quoted separately after photos. We do not perform structural demolition, utility disconnection or permitted contracting work.

Scheduling

Same-day service when scheduling permits. Hours: Mon–Sun, 7am–7pm.
