Most household and business junk is fine. A short list isn't, and a few items need preparation or a photo first.

Short answer
What can't junk removal take in Flower Mound?
We don't haul hazardous waste, chemicals, unknown liquids, wet paint, solvents, fuel, medical waste, sharps, biohazards or asbestos. Some items — refrigerators, connected appliances, hot tubs, heavy materials — are accepted only after preparation or approval. Text a photo if you're unsure.
Not accepted
- Hazardous waste, chemicals and unknown liquids
- Medical waste, sharps, pharmaceuticals and biohazards
- Asbestos or suspected asbestos material
- Wet paint, solvents and fuel
- Utility, electrical, gas or plumbing disconnection
- Structural demolition beyond separately quoted light removal
Accepted with conditions
- Refrigerators and freezers — emptied, unplugged, routed for refrigerant handling
- Appliances — only after gas, water and power are disconnected by others
- Hot tubs and jetted tubs — after an electrician or plumber disconnects them
- Mattresses with bed bugs — only when disclosed, fully wrapped and quoted
- Small amounts of concrete, brick or tile — with prior approval (weight-limited)
- Pianos and heavy exercise equipment — evaluated from photos first
- Electronics — accepted, but wipe or remove drives; no certified data destruction
Demolition and tear-out
Light removal — freestanding sheds, playsets, trampolines, above-ground pools and small non-structural outdoor items — is quoted separately after photos. We do not perform structural demolition, utility disconnection or permitted contracting work. See light demolition for what is in scope.
